Corporate CSR Grants Expand School Breakfast Kitchens
Two big companies, Divi’s Laboratories and Aurobindo Pharma, gave a lot of money to help build and improve kitchens that make breakfast for school kids in Telangana.
The money will be used to build new kitchens in Choutuppal and Sangareddy, and to make an existing kitchen in Kodangal better.
This will help feed around 145,000 kids in different districts.
The Chief Minister of Telangana was there when the money was given.
The new kitchens will help more kids get good breakfast every day.
Divi’s Laboratories committed Rs. 12.18 crores for a new kitchen in Choutuppal.
Aurobindo Pharma sanctioned Rs. 10 crores for a new kitchen in Sangareddy and modernization of the Kodangal facility.
The grants will support breakfast for approximately 145,000 schoolchildren across multiple districts.
The new infrastructure will strengthen the school breakfast program and improve meal delivery capacity.
Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy was present during the grant presentation.
