The agent allegedly gave the dealer a cheque for ₹46 lakh.
When the dealer continued asking for the remaining money, the agent allegedly threatened him.
The dealer later went to the police because he was afraid.
Police have registered a case and are investigating.

Police said cement worth about ₹1.20 crore was supplied through Gore, but only ₹66.30 lakh was deposited.
Customers allegedly said they had paid Gore, who reportedly sold cement for ₹270 per bag instead of the market price of about ₹330.
