Mumbai police have registered a case against two men from Goa and their associates.

They are accused of demanding money from a real estate company called The House of Abhinandan Lodha.

The dispute concerns the company’s One Goa housing project in Bicholim.

The complaint says the men threatened to stop construction unless they were paid.

They allegedly demanded ₹3 crore each, or ₹6 crore altogether.

The company reportedly paid ₹41 lakh in several installments.

The FIR says ₹34 lakh allegedly went to Siddhesh Jana Tari and ₹7 lakh to Pritesh Salgaonkar.

The accused’s formal response was not reported, and police are investigating.
