Inox Clean Acquires 300 MW SunSource Green Power Portfolio
Inox Clean, a company that deals with green energy, has bought a big part of SunSource, which is a green power company.
The deal is worth ₹1,000 crore, and it includes 300 MW of power.
This means Inox Clean will now have more green energy to provide.
Other companies like O2 Power and Orix Corp have also been involved in big deals recently, but those are different from this one.
Inox Clean acquires 300 MW of SunSource green power portfolio for ₹1,000 crore.
The deal expands Inox Clean's green energy capabilities.
O2 Power was acquired by JSW Neo Energy for $1.47 billion in December.
Orix Corp sold its 17.5% stake in Greenko Energy Holdings to AM Green B.V. in June.
Both O2 Power and Orix Corp deals are separate from the Inox Clean acquisition.
