BCCI Elects IPL Council Members, Plans 2027 Celebrations

The IPL will celebrate its 20th edition in 2027.

It also approved better payments for umpires and referees and updated several policies.
The BCCI discussed helping differently-abled cricketers with better facilities and resources.

The meeting approved financial plans, higher payments and reclassified grades for officials, a new sexual-harassment committee, and an updated Age Verification Policy.
