Heavy Security in Pune Ahead of Rahul Gandhi Student Event
Rahul Gandhi was scheduled to speak with students in Pune.
The event was planned at AISSMS College of Engineering.
Police placed many security personnel at the college and Pune Airport.

Pune Police imposed 30 conditions on organisers, including a ban on provocative images, banners and portraits.
