Vanderbilt LifeFlight Helicopter Crashes, Killing One and Injuring Two
A special helicopter that helps people who are very sick, called LifeFlight, crashed in Tennessee on Saturday afternoon.
There were three people who work on the helicopter on board, and sadly, one of them did not survive.
The other two people on the helicopter were hurt very badly and are now at the hospital.
No sick people were on the helicopter when it crashed.
Investigators are trying to figure out why the helicopter fell out of the sky.
