Starc Loses Cool in Heated Exchange With Mehidy Hasan Miraz
Tempers erupt as Mitchell Starc and Mehidy Hasan Miraz engage in verbal sparring at end of Day 2: 'Get off the wicket!' · firstpost.com

In cricket, there is a special strip called the pitch in the middle of the field, and players must be careful not to damage its protected center.

During a Test match in Darwin, Bangladesh player Mehidy Hasan Miraz ran through that protected area while taking a run.

Australian bowler Mitchell Starc was upset and told him to "get off the wicket."

Miraz explained that he was watching the ball and did not see Starc in his way.

The umpire, Kumar Dharmasena, also stepped in and warned Miraz about running on the danger zone.

Starc then told Miraz, "You're not in Bangladesh now, hey?"

Another Bangladesh player, Tanzid Hasan Tamim, scored a historic century, his first in Test cricket.

By the end of Day 2, Bangladesh had scored 351 runs with six wickets down, giving them a 153-run lead over Australia.
