BMW has made its F 450 GS motorcycle more expensive in India.
The price increase affects all three versions of the motorcycle.
The Base model now costs Rs 4.95 lakh.
The Exclusive model now costs Rs 5.15 lakh.
The GS Trophy model now costs Rs 5.60 lakh.
BMW says the motorcycle itself has not been changed.
It still has the same engine, equipment and riding modes.
Higher production costs, limited supply and demand may have contributed to the increase.
BMW Motorrad increased F 450 GS prices across all three Indian variants.
The Base and Exclusive variants each became Rs 25,000 more expensive.
The GS Trophy variant received a Rs 30,000 increase to Rs 5.60 lakh.
The motorcycle is manufactured in Chennai and exported to several countries.
