Avisirah Technologies is planning to build a large computer facility in Navi Mumbai.

It received a ₹75 crore loan from Syndicate Finance to help develop the project.

The company had already received ₹50 crore from the lender in 2025.

Together, these loans total ₹125 crore.

The money will help buy land, build the facility and install computers, power systems and cooling equipment.

The centre is intended to support artificial intelligence, cloud computing and other applications that need a lot of computing power.

It is planned in two phases and could eventually hold about 1,100 racks of equipment.

The company may receive another ₹125 crore in 2027–28 if project and lending conditions are met.
