Uttar Pradesh Cabinet Approves Third Phase of Lucknow Naval Museum
Uttar Pradesh has approved another part of a naval museum project in Lucknow.
The museum is meant to teach visitors about India’s maritime history and the Navy.
The new phase includes a large water area, boat activities and displays.
Visitors may also see ship replicas and learn about sea life.
A new centre will use digital displays, films and interactive activities.
The project is being developed by the state Tourism Department with the Indian Navy.
The Lucknow Development Authority will look after the museum facilities.
The whole project is expected to be completed by 2027, and visitors will need tickets, with lower prices for students and schoolchildren.
