ICSI WIRC Organizes Knowledge Programmes on Corporate Governance
On July 25, 2026, the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) organized two educational programmes in Mumbai.
One was in Mulund, focusing on 'Related Party Transactions: Law, Logic and Loopholes,' and the other in Andheri, focusing on 'Oppression & Mismanagement: Landmark Judgments.'
Both events were led by experienced professionals and attended by many delegates.
The Mulund event was held at Aarambh Banquet and featured CS Vivek Thakur from Reliance Industries.
The Andheri event took place at Mayor Hall and was led by CS Adv.
K. Gaurav Kumar.
Both programmes were highly educational and beneficial for the attendees.
