Purple Style Labs Shares Debut Nearly 7% Below IPO Price
Purple Style Labs, which owns Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, began trading its shares on the stock market.

On the BSE, the stock opened at ₹539, a 6.26% discount to the issue price.
The ₹680 Cr IPO was subscribed 1.29 times, with bids for 88.54 lakh shares against 68.49 lakh shares offered.
The company’s BSE opening valuation was ₹4,315.29 Cr, or about $456.7 Mn.
Purple Style Labs reported a ₹285.4 Cr FY26 net loss while operating revenue rose nearly 14% to ₹557.8 Cr.
