Nurse Found Dead in Washroom at Kolkata's NRS Medical College

A 30-year-old nurse worked the night shift at a big hospital in Kolkata, India.

She started her shift at 8 o'clock in the evening on August 12.

Around 10:20 pm, she went to the bathroom and did not come back.

Her coworkers called for her, but she did not answer.

The bathroom door was locked from the inside.

Two people had to break the door open to get in.

They found her lying on the floor, not waking up.

A doctor examined her and said she had died.

Police looked around but found no injuries and no note that might explain what happened.

Doctors will do more tests to find out exactly why she died.
