Kakatiya University Highlights NSS Role in Youth Leadership Development
Kakatiya University celebrated NSS Foundation Day on Thursday.
NSS stands for the National Service Scheme.
University leaders said NSS helps young people become better leaders and responsible citizens.
Students and volunteers take part in activities that help communities.
These activities include health, sanitation, environmental protection and education.

Kakatiya University observed NSS Foundation Day on Thursday during its Golden Jubilee celebrations.
Vice-Chancellor Prof. K. Pratap Reddy said NSS develops leadership, service spirit and responsible citizenship among youth.
More than 360 NSS units and about 35,000 university volunteers participate in service activities.
NSS activities include education, research, community service, environmental protection, health and sanitation.
