VCI Counselling 2026 Registration Opens for BVSc & AH Admissions

The Veterinary Council of India helps students get into colleges where they learn to become animal doctors.

These students will study veterinary science and animal husbandry.

The council has announced its counselling schedule for the 2026-27 academic year.

Counselling is a step-by-step process where students pick their favorite colleges.

First, students need to have taken a big exam called NEET UG.

Registration for the first round opened today and lasts until August 23.

Once registered, students pay a fee and choose the colleges they like best.

Then the system gives each student a seat at one of their chosen colleges.

Students who get a seat must report to their new college by the deadline.

There are two more rounds in September for students who missed out in the first round.
