Khalin Joshi Wins J&K Open with Nine-Shot Victory

Khalin Joshi is a professional golfer from Bengaluru, India.

He played in a big golf tournament called the J&K Open.

In golf, players try to finish each hole with the fewest swings, called strokes.

Joshi finished the whole tournament with far fewer strokes than everyone else.

That made him the champion, winning by nine strokes over the second-place player.

He only made one mistake across all four days of play.

That is very rare and very impressive.

He won a prize of 15 lakh rupees and moved up in the season rankings.

He also spotted a bear running across the course and ate apples and mulberries from the trees there.

Joshi hopes the region will host even more golf tournaments in the future.
