A court in Jammu has issued a new order to arrest Hafiz Saeed.

The order is called a non-bailable warrant, meaning he cannot avoid arrest by simply applying for bail.

Saeed is described by the National Investigation Agency as the founder of Lashkar-e-Taiba.

The agency says he provided weapons, money and instructions to terrorists in Kashmir Valley.

Officials told the court that Saeed is currently in Pakistan and is avoiding arrest.

This is the second such warrant issued against him in less than two months.

The case also began after police arrested a suspected terrorist during a checking operation.

Police say they found a Chinese grenade and 15 rounds of ammunition with Mohammad Naqeeb Bhat.
