BWF World Championships 2026 Draw Announced in New Delhi

The Badminton World Championships is a very big badminton competition.

In 2026, it will take place in New Delhi, a city in India.

The organizers have announced the draw, which decides who plays against whom.

There are five different events in the tournament.

They are singles for men and women, and doubles for men, women, and mixed teams.

Some players and pairs are called 'seeded,' which means they are ranked highly.

Seeded doubles pairs get a free pass past the first round, called a bye.

Singles players do not get that advantage.

All 64 singles players will start playing from the very first round.
