Bhopal, Khajuraho airports top AAI satisfaction survey
The Airports Authority of India (AAI) did a big survey to see how happy people are with the airports.
They checked 58 airports all over India.
The airports in Bhopal and Khajuraho in Madhya Pradesh, and Udaipur in Rajasthan got the highest scores in the first part of the survey.
In the second part, Bhopal, Khajuraho, and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar in Maharashtra got the top scores.
The airport in Rupasi, Assam, got the lowest score.
Four airports were not included because there were no flights there.
The director of Khajuraho Airport said their team worked hard to provide the best services, which is why they got the top ranking.
Bhopal, Khajuraho, and Udaipur airports scored perfectly in the first round of AAI's customer satisfaction survey.
In the second round, Bhopal, Khajuraho, and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar airports scored 4.99 out of 5.
58 out of 62 airports were surveyed, with four excluded due to lack of flights.
Assam's Rupasi airport scored the lowest with 3 out of 5 points.
Khajuraho Airport's director attributed their success to the team's hard work and commitment to passenger services.
