Taste Of Sikkim is a restaurant brand that serves food from Sikkim and the wider Himalayan region.

It has opened a new restaurant in Sector 85, Gurgaon.

The restaurant has 45 seats, indoor and outdoor areas, and a warm mountain-inspired design.

Its menu includes familiar favourites as well as lesser-known dishes from Himalayan homes.

Some new dishes are Timur Chicken, Himachali Siddu and Mutton Taas with Chewra.

Founder Pooja Sharma says customers wanted an outlet closer to where they live and work.

The brand wants to keep its recipes and ingredients authentic as it grows.

It plans to add cloud kitchens in Noida but maintain only three main dine-in restaurants.
