Jharkhand BJP Marks Narendra Modi’s Birthday With Statewide Events
The Bharatiya Janata Party in Jharkhand held events to celebrate Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday.
The events took place across the state on September 17.
Party members organised blood donation camps.
They also lit small earthen lamps at homes, temples and public places.
This lamp-lighting programme was called ‘Ashirwad Ka Diya’.
Aditya Sahu said the celebrations would continue for one month.
The events are also meant to mark Modi’s 25 years in public life.
Sanjay Seth gave assistive devices to people with disabilities at a separate programme.

Minister of State for Defence Sanjay Seth distributed 1,391 assistive devices worth about Rs 38 lakh to persons with disabilities.
