Prateek played for Maharashtra in the under-15 boys’ competition.

He beat Rajdeep Biswas from West Bengal in three straight games.

Tanishka represented Karnataka in the under-11 girls’ event.

She came back from losing the third game and won the final 3-2.

The tournament also had many exciting matches before the finals.

Some players had to win five-game matches to reach the next round.

The results showed that young table tennis players from several Indian states are developing strongly.
