Ponnam Urges Centre to Support Telangana’s Development Plans
Telangana Minister Ponnam Prabhakar said the Central government should help Telangana grow.
He said the Centre did not allow Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy to travel to the US and London.
According to Ponnam, the trips were meant to attract investments for Telangana.
He said Telangana wants to become an important partner in the Viksit Bharat goal.
He asked the Centre to support projects such as metro rail and roads.
He also requested more financial assistance and other funds for the state.
Ponnam said Telangana and the Centre should work together even when their political parties differ.
He warned that the state would question the Centre if it did not receive needed support.
