BBC Reveals Edward Bluemel as Young Poirot in Hercule

The BBC is making a new TV series called Hercule.

Edward Bluemel will play a younger version of detective Hercule Poirot.

Filming has started in Liverpool.

The show will look at Poirot’s life before he became famous.

It will also show Britain between the two World Wars.

The story will use three early stories by Agatha Christie.

Poirot will meet people who later become his friends and allies.

He will also encounter a special enemy.

The series will have six episodes, each lasting one hour.
