Avengers: Endgame Reclaims All-Time Box Office Record From Avatar

Avengers: Endgame and Avatar are competing to be the movie that has made the most money worldwide.

Endgame has now earned about $2.925 billion, just more than Avatar’s $2.923 billion.

A new cinema release helped Endgame move back into first place.

Endgame first passed Avatar in 2019.

Avatar moved ahead again after returning to theaters in 2021.

That return came before the release of Avatar: The Way of Water.

The two movies have switched places at the top several times.

Their cinema re-releases have helped change the rankings.
