DSC: YSRCP begins hunger strike camp · thehansindia.com

Some grown-ups in a state in India are very upset about how school teachers were chosen.

A political group called YSRCP thinks the teacher recruitment test called DSC was not fair.

They want the education minister, Mr. Nara Lokesh, to leave his job because of it.

To show how serious they are, they sat outside the government office in Guntur and stopped eating.

Not eating on purpose is called a hunger strike.

Their leader, Mr. Ambati Rambabu, said they will keep it up for three more days.

He says many people support what they are doing.

He also said the government took away their tents and speakers to make the protest harder.
