Cyrix Healthcare Acquires Blue Star E&E MedTech Business
Cyrix Healthcare bought the medical technology business of Blue Star Engineering & Electronics.
The business works with CT and MRI machines.

Financial terms were not disclosed, while existing Blue Star MedTech customers will continue receiving support from the same teams.
