Shiv Sena (UBT) Plans Major Nashik Agitation Over Pothole-Ridden Roads

Some roads in a city called Nashik, in India, have big holes in them called potholes.

These potholes have hurt people who travel on the roads every day.

A leader named Sanjay Raut belongs to a political group called Shiv Sena (UBT).

He says the city has not fixed the roads properly.

Mr. Raut says six people have died because of incidents related to these potholes.

He is unhappy with the state's Chief Minister and another minister, who he says are not taking the problem seriously.

Mr. Raut's group plans to hold a big protest to demand that the roads be fixed.

A very large religious gathering called the Simhastha Kumbh Mela will soon happen in Nashik.

Many visitors will come to the city, and Mr. Raut says the roads need to be safe for them.

The protest is meant to make the city government take action.
