Khairatabad Ganesh Immersion Procession To Reach Hussain Sagar Friday
The Khairatabad Ganesh idol will be taken in a large procession on Friday.
It will start near Khairatabad Library Chowrasta.
The procession will travel through several important roads and landmarks.

The idol is 72 feet tall.
It is planned to be immersed in Hussain Sagar at about 2 pm.
Workers are completing welding before the procession can start.

The Khairatabad Ganesh Shobha Yatra will begin at Khairatabad Library Chowrasta.
The procession will pass Rajdoot Chowrasta, Telephone Bhavan, Iqbal Minar Chowrasta and other landmarks.
The 72-foot Khairatabad Ganesh idol is scheduled for immersion in Hussain Sagar.
Welding work must be completed before the procession begins, with immersion expected around 2 pm.
Nearly 2,000 police personnel, 25 SHE Teams and 15 CCS crime teams will provide security.
