Government employees and pensioners in Telangana are waiting for six unpaid allowance instalments.
The government said it plans to approve two of them around the Dasara festival.
It may consider another instalment around Sankranti in January.
Government leaders also promised to obtain a new pay commission report within 15 days.
They said the report’s recommendations would be considered.
A committee will study whether the current pension scheme should be replaced with the old one.
The government also said about ₹10,000 crore in pending employee and pensioner bills would be cleared by March 2027.
