Telangana Releases ₹1,144 Crore for Young India Residential Schools

The government of Telangana in India is building many new schools.

It released 1,144 crore rupees to pay for them, which is a huge amount of money.

These schools are called Young India Integrated Residential Schools.

Children will live and study there for free.

The government plans to build one school in every Assembly constituency, with 105 schools approved in the first phase.

Right now, 86 schools are already being built, and approvals for the other 19 are almost finished.

Kids from Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and minority communities will all study together.

This is different from before, when different groups had separate hostels and schools.

The leaders hope this will help children from different backgrounds feel united.

Each school will be very big, with smart classrooms, science labs, libraries, dormitories, and sports areas, and can hold about 2,650 students.
