Punjab Launches New Hi-Tech Ambulances for Emergency Care
The Health Minister of Punjab launched 46 new ambulances to help people in emergencies.
These ambulances have special equipment to help people quickly.
Seven of the ambulances are dedicated to children who sadly passed away in an accident.
The ambulances are also fitted with GPS to get to the people fast, with a goal to get to them within 10 minutes.
Since 2011, the 108 Ambulance Service has assisted a lot of people with different emergencies.
Punjab Health Minister flagged off 46 hi-tech ambulances.
Seven 'Child Memorial Ambulances' were included, dedicated to Samana.
The new ambulances are equipped with advanced medical equipment and GPS tracking.
The goal is to reduce emergency response time to 10 minutes.
The 108 Ambulance Service has served over 30 lakh citizens since 2011.
