Larsen & Toubro purchased 2,08,75,000 Nxt-Infra Trust units through an open-market transaction.
The units were bought Tuesday at an average price of ₹95.33 each.
The transaction was valued at approximately ₹199 crore, according to NSE bulk-deal data.
A K Capital Finance sold more than 2.10 crore units at the same price.
Nxt-Infra Trust units traded 1.03% higher at ₹98 on Wednesday, while other buyers were not identified.
