Zoho Launches Zia Chat as AI Reshapes Enterprise Software
Zoho made a new AI helper called Zia Chat.
It lets workers use one conversation window instead of searching through many software menus.
People can ask it questions, find business information and ask it to complete tasks.
It can work across more than 60 Zoho applications.
Zoho says it can also connect to some software made by other companies.
The system follows the company’s existing permissions and data rules.
Zoho is not charging separately for Zia Chat right now.
The company also made seven versions of its software for specific industries.

Zoho launched Zia Chat, a unified AI interface spanning more than 60 enterprise applications.
Users can retrieve information, analyze records, draft documents, create tasks and schedule actions across applications.
Zia Chat uses Zoho’s data, workflows, identity and permissions, while connecting with non-Zoho software through the Model Context Protocol.
Zoho also introduced seven industry-specific applications for sectors including retail, banking, healthcare, education and restaurants.
Zoho reported that India revenue grew 45% to 47% in 2025, while FY25 operating revenue reached ₹12,313 crore.
