Hyderabad Men Die from Stolen Anaesthesia Drug
Two men in Hyderabad died after they injected themselves with a very strong medicine meant for surgeries.
They thought they were getting a different drug, but their friend gave them this one instead.
The medicine was stolen from a hospital and not kept safe.

Two auto rickshaw drivers, Jahangir Khan (25) and Syed Irfan (29), died after injecting themselves with Atranium 25 mg, a surgical anaesthesia drug.
The drug was stolen from a private hospital and sold illegally to the men, who thought they were getting a different drug called 'Termin'.
The men collapsed and died immediately after injecting the powerful anaesthetic, while their friend survived after taking a smaller dose.
The police arrested three individuals, including a neurosurgeon and his assistant, for negligence in handling the controlled substance.
The hospital's ward boy, Choude Akash, admitted to stealing the unsecured drug vials and selling them to an illegal supplier.
