ATMs Become Fixed Deposit Counters Through Suryoday Partnership
Suryoday Small Finance Bank has teamed up with SprintMoney and Hitachi Payment Services.
Their goal is to let people start booking Fixed Deposits at some ATMs.
Customers may not need to visit a bank branch for this process.
They also may not need to log into a digital banking platform.
SprintMoney supplies the technology that connects the bank’s products to the ATM.
Hitachi’s Android-powered ATMs can run digital applications in addition to normal ATM services.
Suryoday says this could help make its deposits available through more places.
The bank will still decide who can use the product under its rules and regulations.

Customers can discover and begin a digital Fixed Deposit booking process at participating ATMs.
SprintMoney provides the Financial Marketplace technology connecting Suryoday’s products with Hitachi’s ATM infrastructure.
