Rajasthan is holding elections for local city and town governments.

The first round took place on September 9, 2026.

About 76 out of every 100 registered voters cast ballots.

Arnod had the highest participation, with nearly 92% of voters taking part.

Bhilwara had the lowest participation, at 63.84%.

The first round covered 162 local bodies and more than 5,000 wards.

A second round will take place on September 11.

After both rounds, officials will count the votes according to the announced schedule.
