India Evacuated Citizens from Iran, Israel; Addresses Worker Issues
The Indian government helped bring back over 4,400 Indian people from Iran and Israel in a project called Operation Sindhu.
Most of those from Iran were from Jammu and Kashmir and Uttar Pradesh.
No one was hurt in Iran or Israel during the recent events.
The government is also helping Indians who are having a tough time working overseas, like giving them money and legal help.
Additionally, the government is working with Russia to address the situation of Indians in their armed forces, and a number of Indians have been discharged as a result of it.
