Rajpath Infra Honours Puttaparthi MLA After Highway Guinness Record
Rajpath Infra is a company working on a new highway near Sadarlapalli.
Its workers laid 28.95 lane-kilometers of road surface in one day, using 10,675 tonnes of material.
The company says this achievement set a Guinness World Record.
Its representatives met Puttaparthi MLA Palle Sindhura Reddy and former Minister Dr Palle Raghunatha Reddy to thank them for their help.
They gave the leaders a shield marking the record.
Sindhura Reddy congratulated the engineers, managers, and workers.
She said the highway could make travel better and help businesses, industry, and tourism in the area.

They thanked the leaders for their cooperation during construction of the NH-544G Bengaluru–Vijayawada Greenfield Highway near Sadarlapalli.
The company completed 28.95 lane-kilometers of bituminous concrete work in 24 hours, using 10,675 metric tonnes of material.
Representatives Jagadish Kadam and Mohana Jagadish Kadam presented the Guinness World Record shield to the leaders.
Sindhura Reddy said the record brought pride to Satya Sai district and the highway could support regional transport and economic growth.
