Telangana CM Revanth Reddy launches welfare schemes in Mulugu
Telangana's leader, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, visited a district called Mulugu.
He went there to start new programs that help people.
One new program is called Cheyutha, which helps students learn useful skills.
Mr. Reddy told students that learning skills and languages from countries like Germany, Japan and Korea can help them find jobs.
He also opened a new government office building called the Integrated Collectorate.
He visited a holy temple called Sammakka-Saralamma in Medaram and made offerings, including gold equal to his body weight.
He helped start pensions, which are regular money payments, for single women and widows.
Big road-building projects worth about 16,000 crore rupees were also started.
These projects will build and improve village roads covering 18,000 kilometers.
Better roads will make it easier for people in villages to travel.
Telangana CM Revanth Reddy on Sunday inaugurated the Integrated Collectorate in Mulugu district and unveiled a Telangana Thalli statue there.
He announced that the Sammakka-Saralamma temple at Medaram is being developed on par with the Ramappa temple.
The CM launched the Cheyutha scheme and advised students to learn skills and languages like German, Japanese and Korean for jobs abroad.
At Medaram, he offered gold equal to his body weight to the forest deities and launched pensions for single women and widows.
He launched HAM road construction under the Panchayat Raj Department across nine Assembly constituencies, with projects worth about ₹16,000 crore, aiming to develop 18,000 km of rural roads in three phases.
