Telangana Government Distributes Equipment to Strengthen Agricultural Power Supply

Farmers in the Devarakadra constituency received equipment to help them get electricity for agriculture.

The equipment included transformers, wires, switches and electric poles.

The government approved 800 transformers for the area.

Distribution will happen in three stages across different mandals.

The MLA said more than 1,000 transformers had already been supplied during the first year of the Congress government.

He also said 13 new substations were being developed.

Some electricity interruptions were linked to low rainfall, changing weather and higher demand.

The government said it was working to improve the supply and asked farmers not to believe opposition claims it called false propaganda.
