Telangana High Court Intervenes in Legal Disputes
The Telangana High Court recently made important decisions in three different cases.
First, they stopped the Bar Council from suspending a lawyer named R. Subramanian because the court thought the Bar Council didn't have the right to do that while the lawyer was still being investigated.

The panel of Justices Moushumi Bhattacharya and Gadi Praveen Kumar dismissed the state's appeals, upholding the single judge's directions to unlock the function hall and restrain interference.
