BJP slams Congress for inducting Nagendra despite CBI chargesheet
In the Indian state of Karnataka, two groups of grown-ups who make the rules are arguing.
One of their leaders, B. Nagendra, was given an important job in the state government.
Some police detectives called the CBI wrote reports saying Nagendra was very involved in a money problem.
The money was supposed to help a tribal community, the Valmiki Scheduled Tribes.
Another police team called the CID said Nagendra did nothing wrong.
A different group called the ED is still checking to find out the truth.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) says Nagendra should not have the important job.

Senior BJP MLA and former minister V. Sunil Kumar accused the Congress of rewarding former minister B. Nagendra with a Cabinet berth despite CBI chargesheet allegations.
Sunil Kumar alleged the CBI identified Nagendra as playing a "major and primary role" in irregularities and criminal conspiracy in the Karnataka Maharshi Valmiki Scheduled Tribes Development Corporation.
The Congress inducted Nagendra into the Karnataka Cabinet within a month of the allegations, while the CID has given him a clean chit and the ED is still investigating.
Minister Priyank Kharge defended the induction, asking in which court Nagendra had been declared guilty and accusing the BJP of lacking other issues.
Kharge said Nagendra resigned only to avoid embarrassing the government, not to admit charges, and questioned the BJP's tickets to leaders such as Janardhana Reddy.
