Preckon AI construction platform launches in Dubai, targets GCC market
Imagine a very smart computer helper that helps people build houses, offices, and roads.

Preckon, an AI-native construction intelligence platform built by Canadian and Indian entrepreneurs, was officially launched in Dubai by Dr. E. Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, IFS, India's Consul General in Dubai.
The platform automates pre-construction planning, optimizes cost estimation, analyzes engineering drawings and tender documents, and delivers real-time project intelligence.
Preckon was co-founded by Sreedhar Gonepally (Sunny), CEO & Co-Founder of AIGCC LLC-FZ, and Uma Mahesh Mukkara, technology entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Preckon.
The delegation held strategic meetings with Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) officials to explore establishing Preckon's regional operations in Ras Al Khaimah.
The delegation also met Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP) leadership to discuss collaboration involving AI, construction technology, innovation, and research commercialization.
