India Warns Against Pakistan-Made Whitening Creams Over Health Risks
India’s drug regulator has warned people about two skin-whitening creams.
The creams are called Goree Beauty Cream and Chandni Whitening Cream.
The regulator says they were made in Pakistan and contain too much of some harmful metals.

The products were identified as Goree Beauty Cream, reportedly made by Goree Cosmetics, and Chandni Whitening Cream, reportedly made by SJ Enterprises, both based in Lahore.
Consumers were advised not to buy or use the creams and to check cosmetic licences, manufacturer details, batch numbers, dates and registration numbers.
