BRAOU Convocation Highlights Skills, Digital Learning and Inclusion
Dr BR Ambedkar Open University held its 27th Convocation in Hyderabad on Wednesday.
Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla told universities to teach useful skills and make better use of digital learning.
