TCS Wins ₹122.6 Crore Deal to Modernize Odisha Governance
Tata Consultancy Services, or TCS, will help the Odisha government upgrade its digital office system.
The new version will be called OSWAS 3.0.
It will help officials process files and approve documents online.
Officials will also be able to track work in real time.
The system will use automation, data analysis, security tools and artificial intelligence.
It will support the Odia language and connect more government applications.
OSWAS started in 2009 and was expanded in 2018.

Tata Consultancy Services has won a ₹122.6 crore contract from the Odisha government for OSWAS 3.0.
The project will use TCS DigiBOLT to combine workflow automation, analytics, security and artificial intelligence capabilities.
OSWAS 3.0 will support digital file processing, electronic approvals and real-time tracking across government departments.
The platform will include microservices architecture, Odia language support, interoperability and web accessibility.
OSWAS began in 2009, expanded to directorates and districts in 2018, and now serves more than 4,600 offices and nearly 50,000 users.
