Intel Grants Atom Tech Access to New Startup RosaicLabs

Intel, a big chip maker, has given a new company called RosaicLabs a special part of its computer brain called Atom.

RosaicLabs was started in Delaware in May 2024 and is run by Amarjit Gill, who used to work with Intel’s boss Lip‑Bu Tan.

The team at RosaicLabs also has people who used to work at a company called Rivos.

With Intel’s help, RosaicLabs can now design its own tiny computer chips that use Intel’s technology.

The company can raise up to $10 million from investors and spend up to $5 million on its own projects without asking the board first.
