Marriott Executive Apartments Brings Southern Italian Flavours to Hyderabad
Marriott Executive Apartments Hyderabad is planning a special Italian food week.
It will take place at Mazzo Rooftop Bar from October 5 to 11, 2026.
The event is called Gusto d’Italia.
Chef Alessio Cosma Amodio will prepare the food.
He first became interested in cooking because of meals made by his grandmother in Southern Italy.
His menu will include pasta, pizza, stews and slow-cooked meats.
Two dishes mentioned are Burrata Agnolotti and Wild Mushroom Risotto.
The event is meant to give guests a taste of Southern Italian cooking in Hyderabad.
